Conditions of Use & Sale presented on this web site are describing the company rights as well as those of the customers. By shopping on-line on www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Offers and orders

All offers send by e-mail, fax or poste are not necessarily binding. Product prices are those available on the web page at the moment the order is placed. All prices are expressed in euros and include taxes. Extra freight costs are applicable on the date of the order placement. The company reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. Nevertheless, products will be provided at the price indicated on site at the moment of the order.

Product delivery is made in accordance with the address filled by the customer in the purchase form. Delivery time is indicative and cannot be guaranteed. www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk will do everything is possible to respect delivery terms, knowing that when the delivery time exceeds 10 days, the client is entitled to cancel the contract.

Risks

Freight risks are supported by the company. In case of product loss or damages of any kind during transportation, the client must inform in writing the company ( info@cheapest-carpets.co.uk ) within the 8 days following the moment of delivery. Risk transfer takes place after delivery in accordance to the Incoterms of transfer of ownership issued by the International Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Bill and payment

Once a order is placed on our web site, client will received the bill by e-mail. Payment must be made within 30 (thirty) days after the invoice date or within the period indicated on the invoice. If buyer chooses to pay cash then, mailed invoice as proof of payment is applied. If the buyer does not pay within the agreed payment period, www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw any discount

Retention

www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk retains ownership of the goods in question until the buyer has paid. Therefore, if the buyer is subject to reorganization or liquidation, the Company reserves the right to claim, as part of the bankruptcy proceedings, goods sold and those who remained unpaid.

Guarantees

www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk has fulfilled its obligations when the goods are delivered according to the quality and color chosen by the customer. If the quality is not expressly agreed, the goods must match the products described in the bill. The guarantee does not cover the abuse of the product. The buyer is obliged to check the quality and properties of the delivered products before they are used and within 8 days from delivery. Customer is expected to examine whether the use of the goods does not constitute a violation of the rights of intellectual property of third parties. www.cheapest-carpets.co.uk is not held responsible for the consequences of using products supplied.

Contingency plan

Dissolution

Applicable law

The agreement is subject to Dutch law. The Parties agree that, in case of dispute or litigation, they will try to reach an amicable settlement. Summary of client rights:

Customers are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days after delivery. They can return a product within that period and only have to bear the shipping costs for return. No shipping or handling fees are applicable. However, certain conditions are applied on return.

Products must be delivered within 30 days to the consumer. If this deadline is not met the customer may cancel the order. This does not apply to products for which a different delivery period has been clearly indicated. If the client sends the package back within the period of withdrawal, the company has the obligation to repay the amount within 30 days.

The conditions on the withdrawal period are not applicable to goods tailor-made (eg, a set of carmats made according to a submitted model).
